Fun evening. Not all planned. Was just Melinda Steward-Scheperle and I and fun walking around. We went to the Living Windows in Jefferson City and I had some hot chocolate.
Had some empinadas while we walked around from La Estacata which are also sold at Red Wheel Steam House if interested. I had the onion and Melinda had the pork empinadas.
Then the two of us headed to Rias for dinner. A great evening. So good food, saw lots and had a lot of fun.
