What aspects of your cultural heritage are you most proud of or interested in?

Two things really for this question. The question today with WordPress/Jetpack is “what aspects of your cultural heritage are you most proud of or interested in”

For me I have my German heritage on my dad’s side and my Native American heritage on my mom’s side.

The German side is well documented.  We even have a book with my family genealogy.  For both my grandparents on my dad’s side.

My mom’s side is not as well documented but we do have record of my great grandmother who is half native American I believe. So my interest is finding out more about the Tannehill, and Strange families. On my mom’s side the Tannehill family is where the Native American side is from through my grandmother and great grandmother.

I also am interested in the Scheperle and Schneider side through my dad’s family.

So that is my answer to that question for today.
