A once in a lifetime event happened where I live. We had a total eclipse and it happens that this time we were directly in its path. Way back when in 1979 there was also one near where I live but I was only 6 1/2 at the time so do not really remember. I did get a few pictures but my camera is only good enough to take simple pictures with the eclipse glasses to serve as the filter for the camera. One day I will have a better camera.
Anyway, I wanted to record this event so will put some of the pictures of the sun/moon below. And some of our house with the shadow from the sun. It was an awesome event and I got to watch Nasa TV as well to see what was happening around the US as the eclipse moved across the US.
